  I am disappointed that people are treated rudely in general, I myself had a less than desirable experience while attempting to change my license from another state to MS. at this location. It took a total of three trips to finally achieve my goal of obtaining my Ms. DL's. Now I am attempting to help a client of mine who is disabled obtain their State Issued ID and we would be on trip number 5 although, from my previous experience with this department, I called ahead and discussed all documentation that she would need to get an ID. Every time she's been in they tell her that she needs another bit of information. She has been unable to establish electricity in her name because she needs an ID to do so. I called, frustrated for her, and asked if there was anyone there who cared to sit with a handicapped individual and go over their case thoroughly and counsel them before sending them out to get a bit of documentation, only to come back and discover they needed another bit. I was told that they care about all of the people who come through the door. I responded with, judging by the reviews I don't think you do. So now I am adding my experience to this growing list of unpleased individuals who have likewise been unfortunate enough to need services from this department. I can first hand verify the other reviews on here are true. The building is dirty, the staff unfriendly and unhelpful and make the process frustrating and long.

  I was so disappointed service after I have sat in this place for a hour in a half my number was called at 4:02 then she tells me all testing stopped at 4:00 . I just feel that I was there with more then enough time for my son to take his test I'm so over this place.
