  I spoke with three different members of her staff who were very confused and all told me different things. I never had the opportunity to meet with Mrs. Porter, but her staff appears to be very unorganized and unprofessional. I wasted several days in efforts trying to secure an appointment which was cancelled by one of her confused staff members. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

  I highly recommend Elizabeth Porter as a Criminal Law attorney. She was more than prepared for every meeting & court date we had during my criminal trial. She does her due diligence I can assure you & reached a more than favorable outcome for my case. I highly recommend her services to anyone in a legal bind.

  For anyone who is looking for a custody attorney be forewarned! I hired Ms. Porter to represent me in a legal matter of custody . At the onset of retaining her services I was impressed and thought I chose well. I paid her the full amount in advance and was assured she would get to work immediately. Unfortunately, within the first week I realized I chose poorly. Let me Explain. SHE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS! You have to communicate with her by email! Even her assistant who does nothing but apologize on her behalf does the same! Any motions you have filed are done at the last minute with detrimental effects to you case. I had to stay on them DAILY to get anything done. I likened it to a parent staying after a child who has to be told repeatedly to clean thier room. She will not call you back! With the excuse she would have to bill you for it. Even after I told her assistant I did not mind. If you do retain her. GET ON THE PAYMENT PLAN! DO NOT PAY HER IN FULL. Otherwise she has no incentive to do her job. In court she sits there and lets people lie on stand without even challenging them, even with supporting evidence! And when she looses your case, instead of a phone call trying to explain what happened she sends you a EMAIL! As a parent to anyone out there who has choices on representation. Take your hard earned money and flush it down the toilet before you give it to this woman.
