- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst company every, and very misleading.The agents are horrible. I was wrote out a policy in February, and they told me that after two weeks that i could not keep the insurance. I was told that I could not keep the insurance because i did not bring in the needed documentations. Also, I was told i could come in and get a refund that day and it would cancel immediately, if not it would be cancelled at the end of the month. However, they decided to draw double out of my account on today without telling me anything. Keep in mind, I no longer though i was covered by them because nothing came out this last month (March). This has been the worse experience ever. I will make sure that i tell everyone how they have done me. I called about it ,and the agent thought it was funny, his exacted words were "how great of company to keep you covered even longer". My reply was that I was told I would not be covered after February. How could they continue after 2 months after they said they could't keep me? The worst..By Natalie Magee, November 18, 2016
